Yes, I use Twitter daily, where my username is also n2teaching. I always make sure del.icio.us is also open, so I can bookmark shared intel.
Mostly, people talk about what they are doing in education and technology, new web applications, our blogs, websites, educational resources, news, plans, and so much more.
I noticed that some of FHSU students from this group are already following me, thanks. Hope I can help. Don't forget....I learn from you too. I check for new colleagues every day.

Here's a link to a recent article about Twitter use in academia. I especially like the idea of a professor/teacher keeping in touch, albeit briefly, with students even after the course has finished.

I do not know how I feel about twitter it seems a little hard to use for me. Like Tana I do not completely understand it. I actually forgot about it until I was wading my way back through the class to ensure all of my assignments were done. I did set up an account a long time ago though and the URL is http://twitter.com/msmiller23
